Highlights include art by Gimiks Born, Margaret Isaac and Kim Walmsley’s striking Indigenous mural, marking the journey’s finale – each piece celebrating the creativity and stories of our community.

Explore the south-east corner of Toowoomba’s CBD, where 24 vibrant pieces of public art bring the streets to life. Outer CBD Public Art Journey

Discover the creativity that colours the edges of Toowoomba on this 120-minute self-drive art journey. The Outer Toowoomba Public Art Map takes you beyond the city centre to explore an impressive collection of 31 large-scale murals, mosaics, statues and monuments that celebrate local stories and talent. Along the way, you’ll encounter stunning works from the Splashing Back mosaic series, as well as pieces by celebrated artists including Fuzeillear, Kim Walmsley, Ian McCallum, Katie Whyte, and Drapl & Treas.
