Description
Commissioned by Toowoomba Regional Council as part of the Russell Street Streetscape Refresh Project. The mural uses bold layers of acrylic and street print to represent the changing landscape, with elements symbolizing the area’s architecture, its natural past as rivers, and the mountain tops of the Great Dividing Range.
